1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all laundry services and physical products provided by CleanFold Eco Laundry, located at Jl. Padang Linjong No.7, Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
CleanFold provides laundry services including wash, iron, fold, dry cleaning, and special care. We handle all garments with care, but we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, improper labeling, or items that are not suitable for standard laundry processes. Customers must inform us of any special requirements at the time of drop-off.
3. Products
We sell eco-friendly laundry products and accessories. All products sold are subject to Indonesian consumer protection law (UU No. 8 Tahun 1999). Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We accept cash, bank transfer, and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Business clients may have separate pricing agreements.
5. Order Collection
Completed orders must be collected within 14 days. CleanFold is not responsible for items left uncollected beyond 30 days. We will attempt to contact the customer before disposal.
6. Liability
Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 10 times the laundry service fee for the affected item, with a maximum of IDR 500,000 per item. Claims must be made within 24 hours of collection. We are not liable for items with undisclosed stains, color bleeding from poor fabric quality, or shrinkage of non-labeled garments.
7. Delivery Services
Delivery services are available within the Canggu area. Delivery fees vary based on distance. CleanFold is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Privacy
We collect personal information (name, phone number, address) solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or for delivery purposes. Data is stored securely in accordance with applicable regulations.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, in accordance with Indonesian law.
10. Changes to Terms
CleanFold reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
